Admission Policy

Hayde Heritage Academy is a co-education, English medium school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education. Students are enrolled as Boarders and Day Scholars. Admission is granted strictly according to school admission policy.

 

Admission Criteria

• Availability of Seats
• Age of the student
• Character certificate from the previous school

 

Application Form

The Prospectus and Form can be obtained from the school office or downloaded from the website.

     

 

Admission Requirement for Boarding Students

• Duly filled Registration Form along with a payment of Rs 30000 for the Prospectus and the Admission Form. The form can be filled online or can be obtained from the Admission office in the school.
• All prospective parents/guardian will be asked to provide the following documents:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Aadhar Card of the Child and parents/guardians
  3. Transfer Certificate (in case the parent/guardian does not produce TC at the time of the admission they will be asked to submit the same at the earliest).
  4. Copy of the Report card for all classes or the board marksheet for class 11. In case of early admission for grade 11 at the request of the parents’ admission will be granted based on half yearly marks of Grade 10 of the previous school. In case of early admission the parent will be requested to furnish the board result at the earliest.
  5. CBSE registration number in case the student is seeking direct admission in Grade 10 or 12.
  6. 4 Copies of the Child’s Photograph and the parent’s photographs
• A personal interaction of the student and the academic staff of the school
• Upon offer of a place please complete the payment of the admissions fee and security deposit within the timeframe stipulated by the admissions department to reserve a seat.

 

Admission Requirement for Day Scholars

• All prospective parents/guardian will be asked to provide the following documents:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Aadhar Card
  3. Transfer Certificate (in case the parent/guardian does not produce TC at the time of the admission they will be asked to submit the same at the earliest).
  4. Copy of the Report card for all classes or the board marksheet for class 11. Incase of early admission the parent will be requested to furnish the board result at the earliest.

• The admission team will brief the parent/guardian about the fee rules and assist the parent/guardian to fill up the required admission form.
• The parent/guardian will deposit the admission fee to complete the admission process. Admission fee once paid will not be refundable.

 

Personal Interaction
This is an important process to help us gauge the student’s academic prowess, communication and social skills, and his/her interests. Parents are an integral part of the interaction process. Students can bring along documents and certificates which will help us to know the child better.

NOTE: All parents/guardian are requested to use online payment methods as mentioned on the website for the payment of all fees/dues. Parents/guardian who are unable to do so and are desirous of paying the fees in cash are requested to do so at the fee office/admission office.
