Great food and excellent service are the hallmarks of Dining Services at HHA. We meet the wide range of tastes and meal preferences of our student body with healthy, varied and wholesome meals. Many items are made from scratch, and homemade pastries and desserts are made fresh daily.
The Dining Hall is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and morning break. Everything from nutritious soups and salads to sandwiches and hot entrees is served. There is a selection of meals and desserts large enough to suit everyone. During sit-down meals, children dine with their home tutors, housemasters, and wardens.
Good food is very important – for happiness as well as health. We tend to put a lot of effort into making their meals healthy and tasty.
For breakfast, the border gets a cooked meal, toast, cereal, porridge or fruit. For lunch, there is likely to be a very wide choice of excellent food, including hot meals, salads and vegetarian dishes, interesting desserts and fresh fruit. In the evenings, the food is likely to be just as good and plentiful, with similar choices.
We at HHA cater well for vegetarian diets too. If pupils have any food allergies, the parents have to let the school in advance.
