Sport is not only important for children’s health. It also enhances learning achievement, resilience and psychosocial and motor development. Children who do sports from a young age are more likely to go on doing so when they are older.
At Heritage we believe good sportsmanship provides guidelines that can be generalized to the classroom and lifelong achievement. Participation in challenging sports contests teaches children to love classroom challenge. It also teaches children to function in a competitive society.
We believe Sports is necessary for fitness and fitness of body are linked to fitness of mind. We also firmly believe Sports is for girls too.
